“I was 10 years old when my parents got divorced,” John said. During an interview with People Magazine and although it is a common occurrence it doesn’t the separation from being any harder on the children in the middle.
He put a strong emphasis on the emotional aid provided by the teachers and counsellors in his school as the help he needed during those trying times!
“All of these people took extra time to show me that they cared and were going to hold me accountable.”
